Questo lavoro fotografico si inserisce all段nterno di una ricerca più ampia, realizzata negli anni 2024 e 2025 tra Ponte Milvio e Ponte Marconi, e racconta Roma attraverso il Tevere, il fiume che la taglia in due da est a ovest.
È stato piacevole e interessante passeggiare lungo le sue sponde e tornare negli stessi luoghi in giorni diversi, vedere le piccole e grandi trasformazioni che avvengono con il cambiare della luce, da quella diurna a quella notturna. L誕lzamento e abbassamento del livello dell誕cqua con le stagioni, i riflessi della città che si specchia, separata e unita allo stesso tempo dalle acque del fiume.
Questo lavoro si concentra sulla bellezza e sulla leggerezza, in bilico tra l段mmagine reale e quella sognata.
Non è stato semplice realizzare il progetto, ma ho cercato comunque di dargli un taglio personale.
Camminando lungo il fiume, ciò che colpisce non è la presenza delle persone, ma le tracce che lasciano. La figura non appare in modo diretto, ma sembra emergere e trasformarsi nei movimenti della corrente, nei silenzi della città che si rispecchia, nei dettagli che evocano la vita senza mostrarla. È come se l置manità fosse custodita dal paesaggio stesso, invisibile eppure sempre presente.
Per me il senso del lavoro è racchiuso nelle parole: silenzio, viaggio, invisibile.

This photographic work is part of a larger research project carried out in 2024 and 2025 between Ponte Milvio and Ponte Marconi, and depicts Rome through the Tiber, the river that bisects it from east to west.
It was pleasant and interesting to walk along its banks and return to the same places on different days, seeing the small and large transformations that take place with the changing light, from daytime to night time. The rising and falling of the water level with the seasons, the reflections of the city mirrored, separated and united at the same time by the waters of the river.
This work focuses on beauty and lightness, poised between the real and the dreamlike image. It was not easy to carry out the project, but I tried to give it a personal touch.
Walking along the river, what strikes you is not the presence of people, but the traces they leave behind. The figure does not appear directly, but seems to emerge and transform itself in the movements of the current, in the silences of the city reflected in the water, in the details that evoke life without showing it. It is as if humanity were guarded by the landscape itself, invisible yet ever-present.
For me, the meaning of the work is encapsulated in the words: silence, journey, invisible.
